• A completed training as an MTA, BTA or CTA or a degree in medicine, biotechnology, biology, chemistry or a comparable qualification 
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in laboratory dia- gnostics
• Experience in data processing and interest in statistics 
• A structured, independent and thorough way of working
• A high degree of flexibility, performance, customer and result orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs 
• Very good knowledge of English and German
